The same principles applied to the transport
bulk in bulk are also applied to the model of
general cargo transport.
To sustain this activity, Intermodaltrasporti
has created appropriate centres for storage and
moving of freight located within and outside of
Italy.
In these areas it is possible to move containers,
stock pallets, big bags and other types of goods
depending on the different criterion asked for
by the client, while LIFO, FIFO and applied to the
lot productions.
These movements take place in appropriate
warehouses used for the transit-time of goods
waiting for transfer in the most appropriate
unite of cargo which are then entered in the
system.
